Sales Excellence Specialist

Location: London (Hybrid )

Contract: 6 months + potential 6‐month extension

We’re looking for a mid–senior Sales Excellence / Sales Operations Specialist with strong experience supporting senior stakeholders, driving pipeline discipline and owning Rhythm of Business (ROB) cadence in a fast‐paced, matrixed environment. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership to improve execution, forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency, while contributing to planning cycles and transformation initiatives — including embedding AI‐driven insights into sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline discipline & forecasting excellence, ensuring accuracy, hygiene and consistent execution across teams.
  • Own and orchestrate ROB cadence, tracking actions, risks and insights for senior leadership and cross‐functional stakeholders.
  • Support planning cycles, including forward‐looking financial year planning, account planning and ongoing business performance reviews.
  • Enable sales transformation, embedding new methodologies, AI‐driven insights and process improvements to enhance seller effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Sales Management, Program Management or similar within a fast‐paced, matrixed organisation (tech/cloud experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, reporting and data analysis skills — advanced Excel capability essential.
  • Confident partnering with senior stakeholders (SLT), providing insights, driving accountability and influencing decision‐making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver high‐quality, guideline‐driven work under pressure.
