• Manage and support interest rate hedging capabilities across banking books, including search portfolios and asset liability books.
• Understand and align business objectives with technical solutions for efficient treasury management.
• Utilise Excel in relation to business objectives from a portfolio perspective.
• Critically review and adapt solutions to address complex financial issues.

• Extensive experience within a retail bank treasury environment.
• Proficiency in managing end-to-end hedging capabilities.
• Ability to translate Excel-based processes into business objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities at all levels.

• Experience with Mortgage products.
• Wide knowledge and experience in large-scale financial services organisations.
• High degree of self-motivation and ability to inspire trust in others.
