You will play an integral role in the Operations & Change team, which supports strategic projects within the change roadmap, initiating, implementing change and process simplification and improvements.
Working closely with the Divisional Head, you will assist with reviewing and analysing system specifications, collaborating with various stakeholders to effective strategies and test plans. You will also attend and contribute to product design workshops, report bugs and errors to development teams, and act as the First Line of operational support to solve issues. In addition, you will conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing, support ongoing system enhancements, and work with your peers and IT, from initiation through to testing and implementation.
You will be joining a rapidly-growing team, which offers lots of exciting career development opportunities!

You will be rewarded with a generous basic salary, a lucrative annual bonus, and an impressive suite of corporate benefits.
