ERP Product Analyst

Description
We are looking for an ERP Product Analyst to join our growing IT Department here at our state-of-the-art campus here in Silverstone. Within this role, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various departments across the team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements, assess feasibility and deliver high-quality ERP solutions.
  • Support, troubleshoot and optimise IFS processes, with focus on SCM, Manufacturing and Warehousing.
  • Act as the lead functional and system administrator for IFS.
  • Configure, maintain and improve IFS capabilities to align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define appropriate system solutions.
  • Support upgrades, new module rollouts, data management activities and system integrations.
  • Document requirements, process flows, test cases and support materials.
  • Coordinate project meetings, action logs and agendas.
  • Provide first-line support for usability and functional queries.
  • Support creation of test cases and manage UAT activities.
  • Develop training materials and communication for new processes and features.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong functional knowledge of IFS Applications, particularly SCM, Manufacturing and Warehousing.
  • Proven experience in IFS administration, configuration and issue resolution.
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions, delivering rapid changes under pressure.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and ERP/PLM systems (IFS, 3DX etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in requirements analysis and process mapping.
  • Experience in project management and application support.
  • Background in manufacturing or engineering (motorsport desirable but not essential).
  • Familiarity with IFS Finance modules is advantageous.
  • Ability to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.
