We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior HR Business Partner to join our clients HR Leadership Team within a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment.

This is a strategic role, partnering with senior leaders across a key client group, driving workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives that enable business growth and transformation.

The Role

As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align people strategy with business objectives and deliver key People change related frameworks and projects
  • Lead workforce planning to ensure capability, capacity, and future skills readiness
  • Drive talent development initiatives including succession planning and leadership capability
  • Champion employee engagement, culture, and organisational effectiveness
  • Design and deliver change and transformation programmes
  • Use data, insights, and analytics to inform strategic workforce decisions
  • Challenge and influence leaders to drive high performance and accountability
  • Contribute actively as a member of the HR Leadership Team

About You

You are a credible and resilient HR leader with:

  • Proven experience operating at senior HR Business Partner level, ideally within the technology sector
  • Strong strategic planning capability with a commercial mindset
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational design and leading change initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into action
  • A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to challenge constructively
