We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior HR Business Partner to join our clients HR Leadership Team within a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment.
This is a strategic role, partnering with senior leaders across a key client group, driving workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives that enable business growth and transformation.
The Role
As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align people strategy with business objectives and deliver key People change related frameworks and projects
- Lead workforce planning to ensure capability, capacity, and future skills readiness
- Drive talent development initiatives including succession planning and leadership capability
- Champion employee engagement, culture, and organisational effectiveness
- Design and deliver change and transformation programmes
- Use data, insights, and analytics to inform strategic workforce decisions
- Challenge and influence leaders to drive high performance and accountability
- Contribute actively as a member of the HR Leadership Team
About You
You are a credible and resilient HR leader with:
- Proven experience operating at senior HR Business Partner level, ideally within the technology sector
- Strong strategic planning capability with a commercial mindset
- Demonstrated experience in organisational design and leading change initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into action
- A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to challenge constructively
