Responsibilities and duties of the Field Engineer role
As a Field Engineer, you will:
- Perform installation, commissioning and maintenance of the company's electrical and power systems, including UPS, energy storage and critical power solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards while exceeding performance benchmarks.
Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and experience:
§ A strong background in electrical or electronic engineering.
§ An engineering education in Electrical Engineering.
§ Proven experience in field service, critical power or data centre environments.
§ Hands-on expertise in UPS systems, power electronics or similar technologies.
§ A proactive approach to problem-solving, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
§ A valid driver's licence.
§ An unrestricted right to work in the country where the role is based, as visa sponsorship is not available.
