Cloud Technician (L2)
What you'll be doing:
As a Cloud Technician (L2), you'll be the first point of contact for technical support within our managed services team, handling second-line support tickets and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You'll work across Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to automation and process improvements.
You'll collaborate with team leads and engineers to refine workflows, mentor junior staff, and support critical tooling. Your role will be key in driving technical excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to a high-performing technical services team.

We want to hear from you if you:
- Have experience in a managed services environment and strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
- Are confident handling second-line support tickets and troubleshooting across Windows and Apple OS.
- Are familiar with tools like ConnectWise, Site24x7, Meraki, and Microsoft Defender.
- Are passionate about mentoring others and improving service processes.
- Are organised, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Hold or are working towards Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-140, or SC-900.
- Have experience with Microsoft Intune (highly desirable) and ideally hold Microsoft certifications such as MD-101 or MD-102.
