Athlete Origin are delighted to be working on behalf of a AI Tech start-up who are seeking to hire a Business Development Rep from an elite sporting background to join their growing team in the UK.

What you'll do:
- Generating New Business Leads: Proactively identify and qualify leads using cutting-edge sales tools, contributing directly to the growth and success.
- Prospecting & Research: Develop a deep understanding of potential clients and industries, building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborative Strategy: Partner with senior sales team members to refine communication strategies and develop best practices that drive successful outreach throughout the sales cycle.
- Innovating & Experimenting: Contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales development process, ensuring we stay ahead in the market.
- Relationship Building: Nurture leads from first contact to qualified opportunity, playing an essential role in their journey with the company.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings, enhancing your own professional network and our brand presence.
- Market Intelligence: Gather insights on trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, helping to shape the sales approach.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze your outreach campaigns, sharing insights and contributing to team-wide improvements.
What you'll need:
- Sales Enthusiasm: A genuine desire to pursue a career in sales, with a willingness to spend a majority of your time engaging with clients over the phone and via virtual meetings.
- Self-Starter Attitude: The confidence to work autonomously, combined with the initiative to seek out new opportunities and solutions.
- Passion for AI & SaaS: A strong interest in technology, AI, and SaaS solutions, with a desire to be part of a rapidly evolving industry.
- Location: Must be happy to work 3x per week in the vibrant London office
