Network Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to their operations, working closely with colleagues in the UK and with our Group Network Team, supporting essential infrastructure and ensuring secure, high-performance networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure to ensure performance and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Support, troubleshoot, and configure a wide range of network systems - from firewalls to VoIP and security devices.
• Use the IT Helpdesk system to manage tickets and maintain alignment with group methodologies.
• Maintain and configure routers, switches, and other critical network equipment.
• Monitor network performance and respond to incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Liaise with external WAN service providers and internal stakeholders across the UK and France.
• Participate in on-call support for out-of-hours business-critical issues.

Qualifications:

• Cisco CCNA certification or higher.

Experience:

• Strong IP networking fundamentals with routing, switching, and protocol knowledge.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practical firewall/VoIP experience.
• Proficient in Cisco hardware and technologies.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.
