Smart Locker Service Engineer

Based near London | UK-wide travel (with occasional international trips)

We’re looking for a Smart Locker Service Engineer to join our growing team, supporting the servicing, maintenance, and commissioning of smart locker systems across the UK.

This is a hands-on, field-based role combining hardware, software, and IT networking, with plenty of variety and customer interaction.

What you’ll be doing

  • Servicing and maintaining smart locker systems
  • Fault finding, diagnostics, and on-site rectification
  • Carrying out lock conversions and hardware upgrades
  • Software updates, configuration, and system commissioning
  • Supporting network connectivity and IT-related issues
  • Working directly with clients on-site (clear communication is key)
  • Travelling nationally, with occasional international travel

What we’re looking for

  • Experience with smart systems, or Access control systems
  • Solid IT and networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, connectivity, troubleshooting)
  • Confident working with software platforms and system updates
  • Strong fault-finding skills across hardware and software
  • Able to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Competent, reliable, and solutions-focused
  • A genuine people person with good customer-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
