Special Projects Co-ordinator
Directly supports the CEO and the Executive team in developing new business opportunities and bringing them to fruition.
Responsibilities
- Prepare presentation slides on PowerPoint
- Research clients and guests and fully brief CEO on the individual, their background and company
- Take notes from CEOs meetings, distribute, follow up actions with the CEO and ensure delivery
- Meetings co-ordinator (help set meetings with the executive team, emails, follow ups)
- Co-ordinate agenda and actions for meetings when necessary
- Attend the commercial meeting each week and inform the team of any new business opportunities.
- Assist with following up with clients after meetingsDraft emails to clients and prospective clients when directed
- Liaise as directed with relevant team re- creation of decks for new clients
- Create project briefs for new projects
- Liaise and support with Marketing when needed to help prepare press releases
- Liaise and support with Marketing when needed with applications to awards, festivals, screenings and other events
- Give demonstrations of immersive content using headsets and our MR, AR, VR content
- Gain knowledge of the capabilities and potential of technology
Qualifications
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary environments, particularly in media, immersive tech, or creative industries, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement
