What You'll Be Doing
Our lead generation is entirely inbound. We are looking for a top-class Salesperson who can look after our larger inbound customers all the way through to signature, where the customer responsibility is transferred to Customer Success. This will include demos as well as account mapping and strategy to ensure a close.

- We believe all sales admin should be automated and have deployed agentic AI throughout our stack
- We don't pursue aggressive sales strategies (our product is light years ahead of anything on the market)
- We don't believe in feature comparison - saying you have a feature doesn't mean that the feature is any good. We believe in outcomes. Why Atlas helps our clients bill more
Who you are
- You've already proven yourself to be a top biller
- When we reference your past managers and ask them who were the best-performing execs, you'll be the first person named
- You have an encyclopedic knowledge of your current competitors, understand the strengths, weaknesses of their products
- You are absolutely metrics-driven
- You are a scientist, preferring to figure things out for yourself as opposed to heavy onboarding
- If you are applying from the UK, we are exclusively looking for those who have sold recruitment software - no exceptions (specifically towards agency recruiters preferred)
- For those applying from Greece, we will chat with those who are top billers in B2B SaaS as well
- We require fluent English
Compensation
- We will pay above-market, uncapped commission
- The founder has donated half his equity in trust for the team. This will be the largest equity cheque you'll ever get outside founding your own company
Location
- Athens, Greece - Our HQ is in sunny Athens. This role will be flexible between remote and in-office work
- UK - We have no address. This would be a fully remote position. We meet up in fun places thrice per year :D
- Colombia - remote for now, there might be an office in the future (likely in Bogota)
Interview Approach
- Interview with a Founder (45 minutes)
- Case study - sell what you're currently selling to us (1h30min)
- Final Short Interview with Head of Revenue / Sales Director (30 minutes)
