What will your typical day look like? Different that’s forsure...

As an Associate Product Manager within the Savings Value Stream, you’ll work within a multi-disciplinary team,focusing on high-priority features and products. You’ll manage the product backlog, prioritise features formaximum business & customer value and collaborate with technology teams on design.You’ll take part in ideation - evaluating what problem are we solving, sizing the market, co-ordinatingconsumer research with the customer experience team, competitor analysis, target market. Our culturedictates that the approach to product management is highly customer orientated, with an emphasis ontransparency, fairness and value. You’ll need to ensure customer insight and feedback informs decisions,alongside wider market dynamics and a core objective to be differentiated digitally versus the rest of themarket.

This role works closely with a variety of stakeholders to support the business strategies and plans, and you’llhelp define how we should build products in Savings, prioritising product requirements, and managing scopebased on the Product Roadmap.

What do we need from you?

• Ideally experience in a product or customer focused role.• Experience working with Mobile Apps is advantageous.• Data driven, articulate, commercially astute & customer oriented.• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.• Up to date external market knowledge & financial services trends.• Be enthusiastic, engaging, creative and collaborative.
