We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to own new business growth across our bespoke software and digital solutions offering.
This is a consultative sales role focused on solving real business problems, if you’re comfortable selling ambiguity, leading discovery, and closing solution-led deals, this role is for you.
The RoleAs an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle - from first conversation through to contract signature, supported by dedicated Solutions Consultants on solution design and pre-sales delivery.
You will:
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Run discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to uncover genuine business challenges
- Collaborate with Solutions Consultants to design bespoke, platform-based solutions
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Build and maintain a strong, forecastable sales pipeline
- Ensure smooth handover from sales into delivery teams
- Represent the business confidently in meetings, pitches, and presentations
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within bespoke software, digital, or professional services
- Proven experience closing consultative, solution-led deals
- Strong discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and accountable for results
- Confident working alongside technical and delivery teams
- Base salary: £50,000 – £60,000
- OTE: £100,000+
- Commission structure:
- 10% of revenue (pre-tax)
- Paid on up to 12 months of recurring revenue
- One-off project revenue also commissioned
