Atrium Global is representing a leading global technology client seeking an experienced Business Planning & Operations Lead to join their B2B Commercial Channel team. Job Overview
The Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) Lead will act as a bridge between technical and commercial teams. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to align strategy, streamline operations, and support scalable revenue growth. This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support leadership in strategic, operational, and financial planning to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Lead operational reviews and establish the rhythm of the business to monitor progress on regional priorities.
- Manage sales operations processes, including quarterly and annual goal setting.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across multiple business units.
- Identify, scope, and execute critical initiatives across sales, finance, and operational teams.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new markets, products, or verticals.
- Create and manage reporting frameworks for forecasting, performance tracking, and reviews.
- Conduct in-depth sales and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
- Drive CRM strategy and optimisation (Salesforce) to enhance sales performance.
- Oversee territory alignment, segmentation, and analysis to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Provide sales insights, enablement tools, and training to support team development and performance.
- Deliver research and analysis to support leadership decision-making.
- Facilitate leadership meetings to align on strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Champion process improvements that drive operational excellence and scalability.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen organisational effectiveness and strategic execution.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in strategic planning, business operations, or sales operations within technology or internet sectors.
- Strong business acumen with proven experience in B2B and strategy/revenue operations.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional collaboration and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving ability, from strategic design to execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant quantitative discipline.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in Enterprise Sales or SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of B2B channel sales models.
- Salesforce and Tableau experience.
- MBA or advanced degree.
