Minimum Qualifications• 5-10 years of experience in data operations, or other relevant space leading large scale global projects or programs.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to understand and simplify complex topics and explain to others in a way that is easy to digest.• Experience analyzing and using data in solving and providing practical business insights, including reviewing and validating dashboards and reports, ensuring they accurately reflect key insights and metrics.• Practical experience reading or querying SQL databases.• Ability to use data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) to extract, manipulate, and interpret data for business insights and monitoring performance and integrity of data pipelines.Preferred Qualifications• Knowledge of the government and elections space, including international politics, political parties, world leaders and national legislators.• 2+ years in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management.• 2+ years with scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R).• Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines.Education:• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or government.
