Contract Assignment: Operational Support Specialist - Premier Partner Experience (UK Remote)

Hourly Rate: £34 - (40 hrs/week)

Contract Type: Inside IR35

Duration: 12 months (no extension currently planned)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote - UK

Must be able to contract via PAYE.

This role does not provide sponsorship - candidates must have the existing right to work in the UK and be UK-based.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-touch, effective operational and technical support for Meta’s premier content partners.
• Troubleshoot complex product issues and escalate as needed to ensure seamless partner experiences.
• Track, triage, and resolve incoming support tickets across broadcasting and program domains.
• Communicate partner insights to cross-functional teams to improve tools and workflows.
• Maintain internal knowledge base documentation and assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Contribute to operational process improvements and product feedback loops.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in operations, technical support, partner management, or customer success.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with complex issue resolution.
• Excellent written communication and adaptability across diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic data tools.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with frequent process changes.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in live broadcast operations, digital media, or livestream platforms.
• Familiarity with transmission chains, moderation tools, or post-production workflows.
• Exposure to tech environments like Google, Amazon, or fast-moving startups.
• Fluency in French or Italian is a plus.
