Pay: £505/day (PAYE) to £605/day (umbrella)

Location: London (4 days in the office)

Investment Management client requires two Product Delivery Coaches to elevate their product delivery practices across the enterprise. This role is focused on hands-on product coaching: driving day-to-day coaching and facilitation within product pods and groups, shaping onboarding and training programs, and enabling enterprise-level alignment across strategy and delivery.

The SVP will be aligned to specific platforms and geographies, ensuring delivery practices are consistent, meeting best practices and are client focused. They will also support an outcome-driven, product-led organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted coach for product pods and groups, providing hands-on support in product management delivery practices, and cross-platform collaboration.
  • Facilitate retrospectives, sprint reviews, backlog refinements, and other activities that support PO and PMs in PODs and Groups, embedding best practices tailored to a product-led development model.
  • Review and refine user stories, initiatives, epics, and requirements to ensure clarity, traceability, and compliance with regulatory, risk, and audit standards.
  • Act as a connector across pods, resolving platform-related product questions and aligning initiatives across client, product, and geographic dimensions.
  • Partner with product and technology leadership to enable timely, client-centered delivery while balancing regulatory discipline and business priorities.
  • Drive adoption of outcome-based roadmaps, OKRs, and product success measures to move teams beyond outputs toward measurable impact.
  • Support in efforts to evolve team from project-based to empowered product models, fostering a strong product mindset across the organization.
  • Support Product Practice through onboarding programs and ongoing training support that reinforce product delivery standards, regulatory awareness, and cross-pod collaboration.
  • Guide product teams to ensure balance between innovation, speed, and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–9 years of product management, delivery, or product coaching experience
  • Proven expertise in agile product delivery, backlog management, and cross-functional product coaching, ideally supported by work with organizations like General Assembly, Product School, or similar and in the financial services or fintech environments.
  • Familiarity with financial services products, platforms, and client segments
  • Demonstrated ability to connect across pods, platforms, and geographies, ensuring alignment in complex organizations.
