Atrium Global are looking for an accomplished Test Manager to manage testing for the TA (Transfer Agency) or FA (Fund Accounting) multi-jurisdiction onboarding for a large EMEA client, working as part of the Client Onboarding team
- Some Non-standard/New process implementations/build testing
- Testing will involve informational interfaces Between Back Office/Vault (Snowflake), Front & Middle office, including external stakeholders
- Participation in meetings and co-ordination of file delivery and data content queries
- Managing testing tollgate requirements
- Planning and Managing Onboarding testing with Platform teams
- Working with internal Product (including Technical), Operational and Project Lead resources
- Documenting and tracking test plan
- Co-ordinating with internal & external resources re activity & queries Data Vault
- Co-ordinating with the Vault team regarding file build & testing alignment with the requirements within the testing plan
- Defect management and co-ordination
- Prepare test plan (Aligned to wider program plan) and organise any internal tollgate sign offs
- Liaison with workstream leads, operational teams and Program manager
- Monthly travel to Dublin, Luxembourg and Germany
- 3/4 days onsite in London
Essential:
- Test manager/oversight experience
- Test functionality
- Make sure all tests meet FA standards
- Flesh out the test approach
- Strong test Governance documentation
- Defect management
- Snowflake and databricks – to move data
- Good understanding of Back-office functions
- Transfer Agency/ TA knowledge across EMEA
- Fund accounting / FA knowledge across EMEA
- Back-office function onboarding experience.
- Align all test resources: human or systemic
