Test Manager – Transfer Agency / Fund Accounting

Contract duration: 12 months

Location: London (4 days onsite)

Pay: £729.96/day (PAYE) or £875/day (Umbrella)

The focus of the role is to manage testing for the Transfer Agency or Fund Accounting multi Jurisdiction onboarding for a large EMEA client, working as part of the Client Onboarding team.

  • Some Non-standard/New process implementations/build testing
  • Testing will involve informational interfaces Between Back Office/Vault (Snowflake), Front & Middle office, including external stakeholders
  • Participation in meetings and co-ordination of file delivery and data content queries
  • Managing the organisation’s testing tollgate requirements

Back Office

  • Planning and Managing Onboarding testing with Platform teams
  • Working with internal Product (including Technical), Operational and Project Lead resources
  • Documenting and tracking test plan
  • Co-ordinating with internal & external resources re activity & queries

Data Vault

  • Co-ordinating with the Vault team regarding file build & testing alignment with the requirements within the testing plan

General

  • Attend all joint planning and testing calls
  • Attend internal workstream calls
  • Defect management and co-ordination
  • Prepare test plan (Aligned to wider program plan) and organise any internal tollgate sign offs
  • Liaison with workstream leads, operational teams and Program manager

Experience preferred

  • Test manager/oversight experience
  • Strong test Governance documentation
  • Defect management
  • A Good understanding of Back office functions (TA & FA) in EMEA
  • Back office function onboarding experience.
