Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Compensation & Benefits) - £570 per day (umbrella rate)
Location: Remote UK
Onsite: London/Birmingham (as required by the client)

* Currently based in the UK
Atrium EMEA are supporting a large service provider, looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits to join a growing team delivering high-impact HR transformation programmes.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with HR and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimise Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across compensation, salary structures, and incentive schemes.
What You'll Be Doing
* Configure and implement Oracle HCM Compensation & Benefits modules
* Design and manage:
o Salary structures
o Bonus and incentive programs
o Workforce compensation cycles
* Develop Total Compensation Statements and Workforce Compensation Plans
* Configure eligibility profiles and compensation frameworks
* Build and maintain Fast Formulas for complex compensation rules
* Support integrations with Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management
* Work with reporting and data tools including:
o HCM Data Loader (HDL)
o HCM Extracts
o OTBI & BI Publisher
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
* Provide support for system enhancements, testing, and issue resolution
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
* Strong expertise in:
o Compensation & Benefits modules
o Salary and incentive configuration
o Workforce compensation planning
* Hands-on experience with:
o Fast Formulas
o HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts
* Solid understanding of integrations across HR, Payroll, and Absence
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations
Nice to Have
* Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
* Knowledge of UK HR/Payroll regulations
* Exposure to large-scale or global Oracle implementations
