Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for an ERP Business Analyst focused in manufacturing, with the primary location in Bracknell and the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, developing functional specifications, mapping business processes, and conducting stakeholder communication. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects, provide insights, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that align with client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Analysis and the ability to effectively gather and evaluate Business Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in designing and optimizing Business Processes to improve efficiency
- Effective Communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and presenting findings
- Problem-solving aptitude and a collaborative approach to project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Prior experience in consulting or a client-facing role is a plus
