Position: Golang Engineer

Location: Fully Remote, UK-based

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum

Role Overview:

Golang Engineer required to join a growing AI supply chain technology company.

As a Golang Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable applications for their internal systems, focusing on utilising AI to efficiently & accurately calculate tax, duty & tariffs, etc and develop APIs for 3rd party integrations.

The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in working with Golang, ideally in an AWS serverless environment.

Responsibilities:

Backend Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain serverless systems in Golang on AWS.
• Utilize AWS services such as DynamoDB, S3, ECS, ECR for efficient data processing.

Integration and Deployment:

• 3rd part API development
• Work on systems using AWS ECS and ECR for deployment.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment processes.

Monitoring and Logging:

• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using CloudWatch.
• Utilize EventBridge for event-driven architectures.

Requirements:

• proficiency in Golang (additional Nodejs experience could be beneficial)
• with AWS services, serverless architecture, and Docker containers.
• problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
