We are looking for an organised and proactive HR & Administration Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of the UK business.
The Role
This position will provide administrative support across HR, payroll coordination, benefits administration, finance processes and general office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and administration
- Coordinate payroll and benefits processes
- Maintain employee records
- Assist with finance administration and invoicing
- Support compliance and reporting activities
- Provide general operational and administrative support to the UK business
- Liaise with external payroll, accounting, legal and benefits providers
- Assist with local projects and operational initiatives as the UK business grows
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Japanese and English language skills
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience within HR, finance or office administration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
