Lead operational transformation through data, systems and Lean within one of the UK's most respected aerospace and defence engineering organisations.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Continuous Improvement & Business Systems Manager to join a globally recognised aerospace and defence manufacturer.

This is a highly visible role where you'll influence stakeholders across the organisation while managing and developing a Continuous Improvement Analyst.

✔ Improve planning, material flow, supplier performance and sourcing processes

✔ Work closely with Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing and Procurement teams to deliver measurable operational improvements

✔ Experience improving sourcing, procurement, manufacturing or supply chain processes

✔ Strong analytical capability using operational performance data to support decision making
