🚀 The Role

As Legal Counsel, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, partnering closely with commercial, digital and engineering teams.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two days are the same, with exposure to cutting-edge projects across technology and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (supplier, customer, licensing, collaboration, confidentiality)
• Acting as a business partner to key divisions, providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice
• Supporting complex transactions and strategic initiatives alongside senior legal leadership
• Advising on legal risk and ensuring compliance across a growing international business
• Collaborating with colleagues across risk, compliance, IP and commercial functions
• Contributing to the development of legal processes, templates and efficiencies

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Strong academic background with qualified solicitor experience
• Experience gained in private practice and/or in-house
• Proven experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
• Exposure to technology, digital or IP-related matters
• A commercially minded, pragmatic approach to legal advice
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
