Sales Development Representative

Aurum Solutions, UK’s Fintech Company of the Year, helps global organisations automate financial reconciliation and controls. We’re expanding our commercial team in Reading , and we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants to learn fast, win big, and grow their career.

What You’ll Do

• Book high-quality meetings for our Business Development team
• Run smart outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, phone, and offline channels
• Research fintech, payments, iGaming, and financial-services companies
• Tailor messaging that cuts through and earns attention
• Own your pipeline and keep it sharp
• Support campaigns with our Marketing team and follow up on event leads
• Travel to attend tradeshows and meet prospects in person

What You Bring

• 0–3 years’ experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or anything that proves you can communicate and persuade
• Confidence, curiosity, and a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills — written and spoken
• A love for targets, momentum, and seeing the pipeline grow
• Hunger to progress into BDM/AE roles
