Service Desk Lead

Service Desk Lead - London - £40,000
We are working with a Healthcare recruitment holding company based in London. The client is now looking for a IT team lead to join and look after a team of 4.This role is a mixture of team management, technical responsibilities and external stakeholder communication. You will be working with Microsoft tech and look after 1100 users. 

Requirements:
*M365 / SharePoint 
*Azure AD
*Leadership experience
*Ticketing systems - preferably Freshservice

Location & Salary:
Location: London, Soho - 8am to 5pm / 3 to 5 days in the office
Salary: £40,000

About the process:
1. Teams call with the IT manager
2. Face to face interview in their office
