Account Executive
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Our client is a rapidly growing technology business that partners with a range of commercial organisations to help streamline operational processes, improve efficiency and support business growth. Following continued expansion, they are looking to hire an ambitious Account Executive to join their high-performing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys managing the full sales cycle and building relationships with senior decision-makers. You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their challenges, present tailored solutions and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ROLE:
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through to close
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges and business objectives
- Deliver product demonstrations and build compelling commercial proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage opportunities through to completion
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting within the CRM
- Work closely with Marketing, Product and Growth teams to improve conversion rates and customer outcomes
- Gather and share market feedback to support product development and commercial strategy
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- 2 years minimum previous experience within a Business Development, Account Executive or Sales role
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Highly organised with strong commercial acumen
- Experience within B2B sales is preferred
- SaaS, technology or software sales experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
- Uncapped commission structure
