Data Administrator

DATA ADMINISTRATOR A fantastic opportunity for a self-driven Data Analyst to take ownership of the reporting, data and process function within a forward-thinking strategy team. Reporting to the Head of Analytics & Resourcing, you’ll join a group of systems-minded, creative problem-solvers who value clarity, structure and innovation. If you thrive on autonomy and love turning complex data into actionable insights, this role offers real scope to make an impact. DATA ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
  • Building, developing, and designing new reports and dashboards
  • Creating and maintaining complex Excel macros and automations
  • Safeguarding the integrity and accuracy of all reporting tools
  • Spotting patterns and identifying opportunities to improve systems and workflows
  • Taking ownership of data processes as the dedicated data expert
  • Importing, exporting, and maintaining data in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Building and using advanced Excel formulas for data organisation and analysis
  • Updating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, many with macros
  • Managing and maintaining an accurate employee directory
  • Communicating with salon managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely reporting
DATA ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIALS:
  • Having 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Applying strong problem-solving ability through both creative and systems thinking
  • Showing high emotional intelligence and clear, professional communication
  • Working independently while managing competing priorities effectively
  • Confidently using Excel (including macros), Google Sheets, and common data platforms
