HR PEOPLE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Based in W1A, this role oversees people operations, policies, and processes, supporting a scaling workforce. Hybrid working is offered, with two days from home and three days in the office, within a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.

HR PEOPLE OPERATIONS MANAGER ROLE:
- Supporting local managers and leaders with recruitment, management, development and engagement to ensure efficient hiring of quality candidates
- Working closely with employers of record in South Africa and India, ensuring smooth staff management and communication
- Owning starter, leaver and mover processes, ensuring compliance with internal requirements, best practice and accurate contractual documentation
- Collating monthly payroll inputs and producing change letters including pay rises, promotions and maternity leave
- Communicating policy changes clearly and positively to all employees
- Managing employee data and holiday balances, ensuring accuracy and appropriate usage throughout the year
- Ensuring accurate employee metrics are reported to head office and the head of people using the HR system
- Delivering local initiatives to strengthen the employer brand through recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement
- Ensuring legislative compliance and adherence to global company policies while supporting performance, merit and people projects
- Demonstrating a minimum of five years experience in a senior HR role
- Holding a university degree and a professional qualification, preferably
- Showing a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders across the business
- Demonstrating strong interest and experience as an HRIS superuser, with Namely HR as an advantage
- Delivering fast and efficient end-to-end recruitment with a proven track record
- Demonstrating willingness and ability to travel to Barcelona and other company offices when required
- Bringing experience within a growing global SME, preferably
- Offering experience within the data research industry preferably
- Providing line management experience
- Delivering excellent customer-facing and service skills
- Demonstrating excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
- Applying excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience using systems such as Jobvite, Payzaar, internal IT platforms, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
