RECRUITER We are recruiting a 360 Internal Recruiter on behalf of a leading tech company in the food and delivery space for an initial three-month temporary contract. Based in EC4, you will manage up to 10 live roles across People and Finance, delivering end-to-end recruitment using Ashby ATS while partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates. This fast-paced role suits a proactive, resilient, and relationship-driven recruiter who thrives under pressure. Core hours are 9:30 am–5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working (1–2 days in the London headquarters).RECRUITER ROLE:
- Managing the 360 recruitment lifecycle for candidates
- Developing relationships with senior stakeholders and line managers throughout the recruitment process
- Managing high-volume recruitment, liaising with approved agencies and ensuring information sharing across all partners
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for 8–10 roles at a time across People and Finance teams, from junior to senior levels
- Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates, prioritising communication and service excellence
- Driving structured, high-quality processes using Ashby as the ATS for pipeline management, reporting and workflow optimisation
- Owning sourcing, screening, candidate experience and offer processes, and collaborating with HR on onboarding
- Recruiting nationally with opportunities to support international hiring as the business continues to scale
- Providing insights and coaching to hiring managers to influence recruitment decisions and improve the quality of hire
- Maintaining calm and clarity in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with flexibility and resilience
- Championing a positive, collaborative and get-it-done culture within the talent team
- Continuously improving processes while embracing shifting priorities
- Bringing a minimum of 5 years’ recruiting experience with at least 2 years in an internal recruitment position
- Holding existing UK working rights
- Using ATS tools such as Workday, Greenhouse and Ashby
- Recruiting people and finance roles across junior, mid and senior levels for at least 5 years
- Multi-tasking and managing a high volume of work
- Taking a people-focused and results-driven approach
- Communicating exceptionally
- Delivering 360 recruitment across multiple international markets
- Being an experienced 360 recruiter with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, mixing in-house and agency with internal experience along the way, and proving a track record of hiring multiple roles at pace
