We're hiring a Technical QA Service Analyst to join one of our client projects – helping to document, analyse, and test complex systems with clarity, precision, and care.
This role is ideal for someone with a detail-driven mindset, a passion for systems thinking, and the ability to translate technical knowledge into clear documentation and testing plans. You’ll work closely with architects, developers, QA managers, and business stakeholders to ensure that every part of the system is understood, traceable, and testable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and report on software testing activities across multiple projects.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Perform both manual and automated testing of applications and systems.
- Work with business and technical teams to review requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Support the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Monitor testing progress, manage defects, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and quality standards.
Your Toolkit Might Include:
- Experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing.
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Experience using testing and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, ALM, or similar.
- Familiarity with automation tools and technologies such as Selenium, Python, Robot Framework, ReadyAPI, or similar.
- Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and code management tools such as GitHub or GitLab.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- ISTQB/ISEB testing certification (or equivalent) is desirable.

- Flexible and remote-first: work from wherever you work best
- Clear expectations, structured on-boarding, and zero “office politics”
- We value your strengths – whether that’s hyper-focus, pattern recognition, or process thinking
We look forward to hearing from you and exploring how you can bring your valuable skills and insights to our dynamic team.
