You will play a crucial role in maintaining and editing automotive parts data to ensure accuracy and completeness of our parts catalogues, used by the industries leading companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and update automotive parts data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and rectify any data discrepancies or errors.
- Conduct research to gather relevant information and ensure data integrity.
- Ensure timely delivery of data updates and maintain data quality standards.
- Work closely with the team to identify opportunities for data improvement and automation.
Requirements
- Knowledge of automotive parts and industry terminology is essential.
- A basic understanding of Excel and data management principles, and core IT skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Ability to follow processes finding solutions, working independently to see tasks to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and constantly changing work environments.
Qualifications
- Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in data editing or a related field is a plus.
