The UK and European Insurance market is one of our most significant growth opportunities and this role is central to capturing it.
This is one of the most commercially significant roles at AutoGrab right now. You will own the full insurance growth agenda across the UK and Europe, from go-to-market strategy and enterprise new business through to strategic partnerships, platform integrations, and long-term customer value.
The role translates AutoGrab’s vehicle data, build and spec intelligence, and valuation capability into embedded, high-value insurance solutions. You will define where we play, how we win, and build the commercial foundations for a market-leading insurance vertical.
You will report directly into our UK-based Co-CEO and work closely with Product, Data Science and Engineering to ensure insurance shapes our roadmap. This is not a quota-carrying sales role, it is a commercial leadership role with full strategic ownership.
What You’ll Own
Enterprise Growth & GTM
- Define and execute the enterprise GTM strategy across insurance use cases, underwriting, pricing, claims, fraud, and risk
- Prioritise and sequence target insurers, MGAs and insurance platforms across the UK and Europe
- Own enterprise revenue targets and pipeline development for the insurance vertical
Strategic Accounts & Revenue
- Lead complex, multi-year, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with insurers, MGAs and claims providers
- Develop long-term account plans focused on expansion, embedded usage and contract longevity
- Establish enterprise pricing, packaging and value frameworks aligned to customer ROI
Partnerships & Platform Strategy
- Build and scale strategic partnerships with insurance platforms, software providers and data aggregators
- Drive indirect and embedded distribution models to accelerate adoption and reduce sales friction
- Build and maintain AutoGrab’s presence and credibility across the UK and European insurance ecosystem
Market Expansion
- Lead UK insurance market development and support broader European expansion
- Provide commercial insight and support for M&A or acquisition opportunities as required
- Work closely with Product and Data Science to ensure insurance requirements inform the roadmap
- Convert technical capability into clear, commercially compelling propositions
Execution & Delivery
- Retain ownership of customer outcomes post-sale during the growth phase
- Lead enterprise customer change management at senior stakeholder level
- Ensure delivery commitments are met and risks are escalated early
What We’re Looking For
- Senior commercial leader with a proven track record selling data, analytics or SaaS solutions into the insurance industry
- Deep understanding of insurance workflows, systems and buying dynamics across the UK market
- Demonstrable success engaging C-suite executives and Boards on complex, high-value solutions
- Strong execution discipline and ability to manage long-cycle enterprise deals from first meeting to signed contract
- Established relationships across insurance carriers, MGAs or insurance platforms strongly preferred
- Comfortable operating as a builder, this is an early-stage vertical and you will be creating structure, not inheriting it
