Automated Creative (AC) is an ad tech platform that makes, scales, and optimises ad creative for digital platforms using live campaign data. We position ourselves as the fastest way to create, scale and test performance ads with our proprietary marketing technology platform Creator.
We have three clear value propositions for our clients: data-driven creative at speed and scale; test and learn what works and why; and reduce non-working media costs.
We have helped brands including Mars, Brown Forman, Bose, Tonies, Specsavers, Lipton, Formula 1, and Suntory Global Spirits innovate their digital advertising.
AC is eight years old, independently owned, and London-based, with team presence in Toronto, Argentina and New Zealand. We are scaling rapidly due to successes across clients and are looking to expand our team of advertising and technology-obsessed people in London.
The Role
AC is looking for a Client Lead / Account Manager to partner with world-famous brands and lead the successful delivery of complex advertising campaigns.
This is a client-facing role for someone who loves bringing order to complexity. You'll own a portfolio of clients, acting as the central point of coordination across strategy, creative, data, media, product, and client teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
We're looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, highly proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving forward, spots risks before they become issues, and ensures both clients and internal teams have confidence that every detail is under control.

Requirements
- Working directly with your clients to fully understand and plan for their immediate, near and long-term campaign goals
- Managing the day to day relationship with clients to make sure they stay invested
- Leading client data health-checks and communicating effectively results, optimisations, efficiencies and further capabilities
- Managing the resource required to keep projects running efficiently, including briefing or managing copywriters or designers
- Keeping the Project Manager ahead of blockers or timeline changes, and being aware of the implications of timeline delays on a project
- Solving issues and concerns raised by clients and continuously feeding back to our Product team to ensure the technology is aligned to client needs
- Not being a ‘yes’ man, being a client consultant with AC’s needs and recommendations coming first
- Add strategic value to the clients’ long term growth to grow and retain the portfolio
- Stay ahead of industry changes and knowledge to keep us at the forefront of innovating digital advertising
Who are you?
- You have at least 4 years of direct industry (programmatic, MarTech, agency or digital marketing) experience
- You enjoy building relationships with clients
- You have experience using either CM360 and/or Facebook/Snap/TikTok Ads Manager
- You have proven experience managing complex client projects, campaigns, or work streams with multiple stakeholders
- Both right and left brained, highly organised and excited by data but has an interest in making on-brand and beautiful creative too
- Detail-oriented as we often work with large numbers of ad creative, multiple clients and large data sets, an eye for numbers and precision is key
- Efficiency-driven, we’ve built a company around automating tasks that are boring and slow, we want you to constantly be looking for ways to make your own role easier through automation and process
- Self-sufficient, has a ‘let me google that’ attitude
The Basics
- Office hours 9:30 - 6pm
- We ask for one day a week minimum in the office on a Thursday, mainly to socialise with the wider team and attend face-to-face meetings.
