Salary: £200k - £400k Total Compensation

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Network Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain global network systems. You’ll be responsible for infrastructure reliability, secure connectivity, and hybrid data centre and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain network and infrastructure services across global sites.
• Implement and support secure connectivity solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to routing, switching, latency, and application delivery.
• Manage infrastructure upgrades, capacity planning, and network scalability initiatives.
• Develop and maintain high-availability architectures and disaster recovery solutions.
• Establish and enforce network security standards and compliance policies across environments.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience supporting large-scale network and infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking, routing, switching, security protocols, and VPN architecture.
• Hands-on experience managing firewalls, network access controls, and secure network design principles.
• Proficiency with monitoring, automation, and configuration management tools.
• Solid understanding of network performance optimization across multi-OS and hybrid environments.
• Experience with scripting or automation workflows to streamline operational tasks.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
