Full Stack Engineer

Role: Fullstack Engineer (x5)

Location: London (onsite)

Salary: £100k - £130k

A very exciting high-growth startup who are building AI-powered software in the industrial space. They've already got fantastic traction and are working on cutting-edge technology.

You'll own full-stack features end-to-end, have very high ownership and direct impact on the product and company direction.

The Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience. We're seeking smart, motivated & high-agency individuals who can take the initial product and elevate it to be a market-leading solution. This hire is crucial as they've got numerous high-impact ideas but lack the bandwidth to execute them all, and so need people who can own these ideas from customer conversation to shipment.

What will you be doing?

• Take ownership of ideas, engage in customer conversations (including on-site visits), and ship full-stack features that solve real enterprise pain points.
• Build, test & iterate quickly based on user feedback in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate within a flat, dynamic team structure, working on the most impactful projects.
• Work end-to-end on product development from architecture design to UI

You Must Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering
• Experience building products in a high-growth environment
• You must bring some founding experience (0- 1), building a product that has generated revenue.
• Any customer-facing engineering experience is nice to have, but not a must
• Experience with TypeScript is a must
• Great to also have experience with NextJS and NestJS.
• Happy to work onsite in London (central)
