Oracle Consultant

Our client currently seeks a Oracle Consultant ( Finance and HR ) to join their dynamic team on an initial 6 month contract.

1. ERP background: Understands Finance (specifically Cloud ERP) & HR (specifically Cloud HCM)
2. Transformation experience - able to guide, articulate what a Finance & HR Transformation should look like and lead, build and facilitate the Transformation plan as well as drive execution of that plan
3. Business acumen - ability to lead business engagement
4. Understands the importance of Change Management
