Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a Content Project Coordinator to join a growing team delivering digital content solutions to well-known UK hospitality and retail brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organised, detail-focused, and technically confident, and looking to develop within a fast-paced, expanding business.

You’ll play a central role in ensuring content is delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard, working closely with internal teams and clients from initial brief through to deployment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating content projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines are met
  • Managing schedules and flagging risks or delays proactively
  • Ensuring all content is accurate, correctly formatted, and aligned to client requirements
  • Supporting client communications in a professional and responsive manner
  • Taking meeting notes, tracking actions, and keeping projects moving forward
  • Operating content management systems and implementing updates efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Technically confident (Mac & PC) and quick to learn new systems
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience in marketing, content, or communications
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms or project tools (e.g. Monday.com)
  • Exposure to digital signage platforms
  • Basic design awareness (Adobe Creative Suite a bonus)
  • Understanding of customer journeys in retail or hospitality
