- Lead lab-based testing, certification, and integration of new hardware and software components into existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and architect scalable, resilient solutions.
- Ensure technical alignment with both vendor best practices and internal standards for reliability, automation, and security.
- Work independently to deliver on aggressive project timelines and resolve complex technical challenges.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience automating infrastructure tasks (installation, configuration, management) using Python.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Ansible, Python) and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Deep understanding of virtualization technologies, ideally VMWare Cloud Foundation (VCF) or vSphere.
- Strong technical fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, Linux, distributed systems.
- Experience integrating APIs and automating workflows across hybrid infrastructure stacks. Familiarity with software version control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern SDLC practices.
Desired Skills:

- Knowledge of software testing methodologies for infrastructure automation.
- Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Go, PowerShell, Bash).
- Understanding of containerization and cloud-native patterns.
- Experience working in high-pressure, global teams on multi-year strategic projects.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities.
