What will I be doing?

Day to day, this role will keep you on your feet in all the best ways! Here are a few areas we’ll be asking you to get involved with:

  • Opportunity Spotting : Identify new opportunities, qualify them and nurture leads through the sales funnel. You’ll need to understand your prospects’ business and how Avail’s products can help them to achieve it. This will include contacting potential clients through cold calling, email and social media outreach.
  • Pipeline Management : Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel from initial contact to closed deals.
  • Pitch Superstar : You’ll be trained to WOW Partners, Professional Support Lawyers, Innovation Managers and everyone in between about the benefits of Avail Title. You’ll need to tailor these pitches to the client.
  • Team Player : Work closely with our customer success and product teams to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis : Maintain detailed records and analytics on all sales activities and provide regular progress reports.
  • Avail Promoter network and promote Avail. We’re looking for someone who’s excited by tech and the new age of AI that we’re entering. Working in start-up life isn’t for everyone! We all muck in to help out, so one minute you’ll be working on a board presentation and the next you’ll be refilling the coffee machine. This role needs someone who can win over a sceptical Head of Real Estate on the benefits of AI as well as capture the attention of a room full of over-worked, tired and

distracted fee earners. We can teach you everything you need to succeed in the role, but what we can’t teach is a customer focused outlook that is necessary to consistently over-deliver for our clients.

What we’d like to see in your application:

Proven Sales Experience: 1-3 years of demonstrated ability to engage and successfully close deals. This includes a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, if possible in the legal technology sector. This could also be in a fee earning role in a law firm, selling services to clients.

Deep Understanding of Legal Industry: Possess a thorough understanding of the legal industry, including the unique challenges and needs of law firms. Legal experience is preferred, but not essential if you can showcase the qualities required to become a real estate and legaltech product expert.

Relationship Building and Networking Skills: Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers. Ability to network effectively within the legal community to identify potential clients and foster long-term partnerships.

Product Knowledge and Presentation Skills: Expertise in presenting in a compelling manner, demonstrating how a product or service aligns with aclient's needs. Ability to conduct product demonstrations, handle objections, and articulate value propositions clearly.

Client-Centric Approach and Follow-Up: Committed to a client-centric approach, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates. Diligent in following up with clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation and to identify opportunities for additional services or products.
