We are working with a high-growth technology company that is redefining processes in financial services through the application of advanced technology, AI, and automation.
The business has secured major international clients, operates in more than 50 countries, and has raised significant investment to fuel the next stage of its expansion.
They are now seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to take ownership of its technical vision, execution, and innovation. This is a pivotal hire that will shape the future of a platform already in use by leading enterprises worldwide.
The Role- Define and deliver the technology strategy across a global business.
- Lead a 60+ strong engineering organisation, spanning AI, data, product, infrastructure, and architecture.
- Enhance and scale an AI/ML-driven platform already in production with enterprise-level clients.
- Balance hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership.
- Drive innovation while ensuring compliance, resilience, and security.
- Collaborate with the executive team as a member of the Steering Committee.
- Proven track record as a CTO or senior technology leader in fintech, deep-tech, or Big Tech.
- Strong experience in AI, machine learning, and large language models applied in production environments.
- Demonstrable experience of building and scaling products from scratch in the last 10–15 years.
- Skilled in leading large, globally distributed engineering teams.
- Gravitas and resilience to operate in a high-pressure, client-facing environment.
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively at both technical and board level.
- Base salary: circa £175,000
- Location: Remote-first with central office access
- Travel: Required to client sites and offices worldwide on an ad hoc basis
