Avanti Recruitment is working with a fast-growing London-based technology business developing smart systems for the property and compliance sector. Their platform integrates hardware and software to provide real-time insights and automated reporting across multiple environments.

They’re looking for a React Native Developer (mid–senior level) to deliver offline-first mobile applications used by field and operations teams. You’ll be part of a small, skilled engineering group, building performant mobile experiences that function reliably without constant connectivity.

Tech Stack:

  • React Native (essential)
  • GraphQL API integration
  • Proven experience building offline-capable mobile apps
  • TypeScript or Expo familiarity is a plus

You’ll be:

  • Working under a senior team lead in a collaborative environment
  • Contributing to mobile apps that improve safety, efficiency, and compliance visibility
  • Fully on-site in London, 5 days per week
