The Opportunity

Join as a founding team member and help build world-class AI agents that transform manual, weeks-long financial processes into intelligent, automated workflows. You'll be developing sophisticated multi-agent systems from entry-level automation to expert-level autonomous decision-making.

You'll be architecting the cognitive intelligence behind agent systems that operate in highly regulated environments, processing complex financial data and making critical business decisions.

What You'll Build

• Advanced agentic architectures with orchestrator-managed specialized sub-agents
• Machine learning algorithms that increase agent autonomy and reduce human input
• Collaborative learning systems where agents share knowledge and improve collectively
• Fine-tuned models optimized for complex financial workflows
• Event-driven distributed systems handling sensitive data at enterprise scale

The Tech Stack

• AI/ML: Multi-agent frameworks, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, advanced RAG
• Platform: AWS serverless, event-driven architecture, microservices
• Languages: Python, with modern ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow)

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years developing AI/ML systems beyond basic integration
• Deep understanding of agent architectures and distributed AI systems
• Computer science fundamentals - algorithms, system design, software engineering
