Fullstack Engineer (.NET / Blazor)

Avanti Recruitment is working with an innovative UK technology company that develops enterprise software used across rail, construction, airports, utilities, and infrastructure. Their platform improves connectivity, workforce safety, and operational performance through a combination of SaaS, IoT, and cloud technologies.

Now they're looking for a FullStack .NET Developer to join their team on a permanent-basis. Where you will be working closely with Product Owners, UX Designing and fellow engineers to design, build and deliver scalable cloud-based applications while contributing to architecture, technical decisions and product evolution.

You will be building new features across a modern SaaS platform, developing both frontend and backend functionality, building APIs and microservices and writing clean, maintainable code including participating in code reviews, supporting production applications and contributing to technical discussions.

Essential Skills

  • Azure / AWS knowledge

  • DevOps experience (Terraform / Docker / Kubernetes)

Desirable Skills:

  • Event Driven Architecture

  • AI Experience (They use Cursor, Claude and Codex)

This role would be suitable for you if you have a good blend of frontend and backend development experience, and want to solve complex technical problems with a keen eye for upskilling and learning new technologies as well as working in a small collaborative team with long term career progression opportunities.

The interview process is 3 stages:

  • Initial HR interview - 30-minutes video call
  • Technical video interview – 1 hour
  • Final face-to-face interview at the office – 1 – 2 hours.
