We're looking for a technically sharp and hands-on graduate to join a collaborative development team working on safety-critical electronics and communication technology. This is a full lifecycle role - ideal for someone who enjoys both firmware development and getting their hands on real hardware.

You’ll be part of a small, trusted team responsible for building embedded platforms used in high-reliability environments across the globe.

In This Role, You’ll Be:

  • Writing embedded software in C for microcontroller platforms (e.g. STM32, ESP32, Raspberry Pi CM)
  • Prototyping circuits and using lab tools like oscilloscopes and logic analysers
  • Building test automation tools in Python or C#
  • Iterating designs based on user feedback and real-world conditions
  • Collaborating with engineers across software, hardware, and manufacturing
  • Contributing ideas to improve safety, reliability, and usability in the final product

We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Practical experience with embedded systems and board-level design
  • Confidence using tools like KiCad, or similar CAD environments
  • Solid grasp of digital hardware concepts and debugging techniques
  • An interest in both software and hardware development
  • Someone comfortable taking responsibility and seeing tasks through

Why This Role?

  • Real ownership of engineering work
  • Structured path to Chartered Engineer status
  • Flexible hybrid schedule – typically 3 days in-office
  • A purpose-led team building meaningful tech
  • Exposure to global engineering and product operations
