What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading small to mid-sized IT projects across infrastructure and business applications
• Working directly with operational teams to resolve issues and drive improvements
• Managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle
• Delivering pragmatic solutions that keep the business running efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a Project Manager role
• Organised, confident, and resilient – comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting
• Skilled at managing expectations and maintaining control of project scope and timelines
• Clear communicator who works well with cross-functional teams

The Environment:

• Based full-time on-site at our North Yorkshire location – 5 days per week (no hybrid/remote)
• Must have your own transport – site is not accessible via public transport
• You’ll report to a seasoned, hands-on IT leader who will provide guidance and support
