A leading technology business based just outside Cambridge is looking to hire a Product Manager to take ownership of a key product within a growing and highly specialised portfolio.

This is an opportunity to work on mission-critical communication technology used by emergency services and national infrastructure, where reliability and performance are essential.

THE ROLE & COMPANY

As a Product Manager, you will take full ownership of a product, driving it from concept through to delivery and ongoing success in the market.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Defining and owning the product strategy and roadmap
  • Working closely with engineering to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to shape product direction
  • Owning the full product lifecycle, including performance and ROI
  • Contributing to wider product strategy within a collaborative team

You’ll be joining a business that develops specialist communication and connectivity solutions used in environments where reliability and performance are critical.

With a strong and experienced Product team already in place, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders while having genuine ownership and influence.

THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF YOU:

  • Have experience as a Product Manager and enjoy owning products end-to-end
  • Have worked on telecoms, electronics, hardware, or complex technology products
  • Are comfortable working in cross-functional, technical environments
  • Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can take real ownership
  • Are motivated by building products that have genuine, real-world impact

An engineering background would be advantageous, but is not essential.

  • Location: Onsite with Ad Hoc WFH
  • Relocation: Support available for the right candidate
  • Travel: Occasional (UK and some international)

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
