The Role

As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, you will lead the design and delivery of CRM solutions for a wide range of clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their business processes, define technical requirements, and implement tailored solutions that transform how they operate.

You will manage projects from initial scoping through to configuration, testing, and go-live. Acting as both an advisor and a hands-on consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring clients achieve measurable success with the CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle CRM implementation projects for mid-market clients
• Conduct discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and process mapping
• Configure workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations
• Oversee testing, UAT, and deployment
• Act as the main client contact, managing scope, timelines, and expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve delivery frameworks and templates

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience implementing CRM or SaaS platforms
• Strong technical understanding of CRM systems, workflows, and data structures
• Familiarity with SQL, PHP, or JavaScript is advantageous
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confident managing multiple client projects concurrently
• Self-driven, analytical, and commercially aware
